The building opens up to the neighborhood with a transparent entrance area, creating meeting places for residents and neighbors. Movable facade elements mediate between openness and a sense of security.

The sustainable building envelope, constructed from prefabricated wood and wood composite elements and meeting the Efficiency House 40 standard, combines resource conservation with high precision and cost-effectiveness. Bright residents' rooms with generous windows and integrated seating areas enhance the sense of identity and quality of life.
