New BMW Dealership in Ingolstadt: Sustainable Commercial Building

A new BMW dealership is currently being built in Ingolstadt for Wittmann & Hofmann AG, based on the design by kerner architecture (Work Phases 1–4). As the executive architectural firm, we are responsible for the detailed planning and construction execution of this forward-looking commercial building from Work Phase 5 onwards.

The new facility combines a spacious showroom with modern work environments for the administrative and training departments. Features include flexible multifunctional spaces, integrated relaxation zones, and an exclusive rooftop terrace designed for employees and events.

Furthermore, our detailed design prioritizes sustainable construction: expansive solar arrays on green roofs, combined with state-of-the-art heat pump technology, ensure a highly efficient and climate-friendly energy footprint for the building.

The final preparations for the new Christl and Schowalter automotive service center in Neuried are in full swing.

We look forward to the opening soon!

The result is a state-of-the-art service facility with over 10 workshop workstations for commercial vehicles and cars, a body shop, a car wash, a parts warehouse and a new paint shop.
The offering is complemented by a modern office building that optimally brings together customers and service staff.

To make optimal use of the area, the flat roof is being developed as a parking roof and covered with a large-scale photovoltaic construction.
In addition, the project is heated via heat pumps and concrete core activation, as well as active heat recovery from the paint shop.
This means the building meets the highest standards of climate friendliness and produces a large part of its own energy.

New opening of the Putzbunn daycare center for the Catholic Youth Welfare Association of Munich and Freising!
The result is a modern timber-hybrid building, constructed as a timber frame structure with a photovoltaic system and green roofs. The building houses two nursery groups and one kindergarten group and was planned and implemented according to the latest educational standards.
